Financier – traditional French pastry, our is topped with mouthwatering mascarpone whipping ganache

Madeleines – Our contemporary madeleine collection is soaked in brandy soaks and coated in delicious chocolate shells. They are so good we had to create its own category.

Current Products – individual petits gateaux.
